Adolescent Outpatient Program Services

Adolescent Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program is an outpatient program designed to evaluate and treat adolescents ages 12-18 whose emotional, behavioral and/or chemical dependency problems are too severe to be managed in outpatient therapy alone, but do not require a 24-hour controlled environment. The program is also used as a transition from care into inpatient units or a step-down from the acute unit. We place a strong emphasis in working with the entire family with the goals of restoring a sense of hope bringing balance to the family unit and providing a tailored treatment plan based on the individual’s specific needs.

Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Treatment team members include: Psychiatrist, Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers.

The program is held 5 days a week, Monday –Friday from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and allows for the patient to live at home.

Dinner and/or snacks and beverages are provided during the program.

Transportation may be arranged for most patients.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is a 3 day a week program, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. This allows the patient to continue to attend school while receiving treatment in the afternoon.

Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, recreational therapy and family therapy. Treatment team members include: Psychiatrist, Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers.

Dinner and/or snacks and beverages are provided during the program.

Transportation may be arranged for most patients.

Adult Outpatient Services

Adult Partial Hospitalization (PHP) – The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program is an outpatient program specifically designed to help those adults who do not need the intensity of an acute-care setting, but are having difficulty functioning in their daily routine. This program meets 5 days a week Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Treatment is usually from one to three weeks depending on the person’s progress.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program provides a therapeutic, structured environment while maintaining a work-life balance. Adults in this program meet three days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. While continuing to live at home, patients are able to gain extra support in their daily lives by working on their psychiatric and substance abuse concerns. Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, recreational therapy and family therapy. Treatment team members include: Psychiatrist, Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers. Dinner and/or snacks and beverages are provided during the program. Transportation may be arranged for most patients.
