adults psychiatric services

We provide inpatient and outpatient adults psychiatric services, to adults ages 18 and older suffering from mental health and substance abuse problems. We utilize a multi-disciplinary approach in the patients’ treatment plans. Our clinical team includes licensed therapists, mental health specialists, 24-hour psychiatric nursing care, a recreational therapist, and a psychiatrist. Our goal is to ensure that the patient is able to return to their lives and return to the community by stabilizing patients from their initial and immediate crisis.

Adult Inpatient Services

Acute Care Program — Our Acute Care Program provides short-term crisis stabilization to adults who are in crisis from a range of mental health disorders and who may need medically supervised detox.  We provide a therapeutic and structured environment tailored to address the individual patient’s need.

Detox – We provide medically supervised detoxification from a range of substances. We are able to limit the discomfort associated with withdrawal symptoms under 24-hour nursing care.

Adult Outpatient Services

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) –The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program is a comprehensive short-term outpatient program. It is designed to meet the needs of an adult who does not require the intensity of the acute care setting. The program provides support and treatment for individuals facing emotional or mental difficulties, and who may have substance abuse problems. It features individualized, intensive treatment that is more concentrated than traditional outpatient care. Adults in this program meet 5 days a week, Monday—Friday from 9:00 a.m.— 3:00 p.m. Treatment is usually from one to three weeks, depending on the person’s progress.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program provides a therapeutic, structured environment while maintaining a work-life balance. Adults in this program meet three days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. While continuing to live at home, patients are able to gain extra support in their daily lives by working on their psychiatric and substance abuse concerns.
